Hello Mother Toughers and welcome back! This week we are talking some more about intentions and what we can do to ground ourselves to prepare for each day... do you have a night routine that pulls you back down and slows the day? If not, you are not alone because I have not been consistent with mine. I need to make myself a priority each day and so do you! We do so much for our families, work, and friends, and now it is time to add ourselves to the list. I am also discussing my stay-at-home mom journey and asking myself why I feel I need to list off all my accomplishments ... UMMM isn't keeping the tiny humans alive and the house not burning down enough?! HA! Let's get into the tough stuff!
