72. finding peace & the making of a bad boy

Hey Mother Toughers!!! Last week's mental heaviness has me seeking out some peace in my life and with inner peace comes happier people around us.  I do not know about you but the winter months can be so difficult, not only do we hit the winter blues but holidays add a particular weight to our already heaviness.  I found  this great website with an article about inner peace and I hope that you are ready to make some goals to bring just that to yourself.  https://declutterthemind.com/blog/inner-peace

And, why not close an episode, about inner peace, out with a little Diddy info drop?!  I watched the documentary Diddy: The Making Of A Bad Boy on Peacock, this week, and it gives a great snapshot of how he got to where he is; I have got some of my own thoughts on this one as well.

This week, I was reminded of how easily our kids are exposed to outside influences and that it can have a strong hold on their views on the world.
